Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees are non-refundable once implementation work has begun.

Setup work may include:

• Discovery
• Configuration
• Customization
• Integration
• Testing
• Training
• Deployment

Recurring services may be canceled according to the applicable service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation stops future recurring billing.

Bayou Geeks does not generally provide prorated refunds for unused portions of an existing billing period.

Where the 14-day Google Review Automation trial is offered:

• The $300 setup fee is due before implementation.
• The recurring $297 monthly subscription does not begin until the trial ends.
• Customers may cancel before the end of the 14-day trial to avoid the first recurring monthly charge.
• The setup fee remains non-refundable once implementation work has begun.

Website deposits and payments compensate Bayou Geeks for work performed and project capacity reserved.

Once work begins, payments may be non-refundable based on the amount of work completed.

Specific payment milestones and cancellation terms will be defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Custom automation, software, consulting, and integration projects are governed by the applicable statement of work or client agreement.

Third-party purchases, licenses, domains, telecommunications fees, advertising spend, software subscriptions, and similar charges may be non-refundable depending on the third-party provider's terms.
