Bayou Geeks provides technology and business automation services that may include:

• Google Review Automation
• AI Receptionist services
• AI Website Assistants
• Customer Follow-Up Automation
• Workflow Automation
• Website design and development
• Website hosting and maintenance
• AI integrations
• CRM integrations
• Custom automation
• Software development
• Business technology consulting

Specific services, pricing, scope, deliverables, and responsibilities may be governed by a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, service agreement, or master services agreement.

If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that client engagement.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

Current standard automation pricing may include:

• $300 one-time setup fee per standard automation solution.
• $297 per month per standard automation solution unless otherwise stated.
• Customers with two or more eligible automation solutions may receive a 10% discount on eligible recurring monthly service fees.
• Website projects currently start at $2,000.
• Website hosting and care plans currently start at $99 per month.
• Custom project pricing varies depending on scope.

Setup fees compensate Bayou Geeks for work including discovery, configuration, customization, testing, integration, and deployment.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, setup fees become non-refundable once implementation work begins.

Recurring services are billed according to the customer's agreement or checkout terms.

Recurring subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Certain services may include promotional free trials.

For Google Review Automation, Bayou Geeks may offer a 14-day free trial.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing:

• The setup fee is due before implementation.
• The recurring subscription begins after the trial period.
• The payment method on file may be charged automatically when the trial ends.
• Customers must cancel before the end of the trial to prevent the first recurring monthly charge.

Trial availability and terms are subject to change.

Where offered, customers with two or more qualifying automation subscriptions may receive a 10% discount on recurring monthly fees.

Setup fees are not discounted unless specifically stated.

If cancellation causes the customer to have fewer than two qualifying services, the bundle discount may be removed from the remaining subscription.

Website pricing may vary based on:

• Number of pages
• Design requirements
• Integrations
• Content creation
• E-commerce
• Custom functionality
• Migration requirements
• Third-party systems

The standard starting website package may include up to five professionally designed pages unless otherwise stated in the applicable proposal.

Additional pages and functionality may require additional fees.

Customers are responsible for providing timely:

• Account access
• Content
• Branding assets
• Credentials
• Business information
• Approvals
• Feedback

Project schedules may be affected if requested information is delayed.

Bayou Geeks services may rely on third-party software, APIs, telecommunications providers, AI platforms, hosting providers, CRMs, payment processors, or other technology.

Bayou Geeks is not responsible for outages, changes, service limitations, or failures caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Bayou Geeks provides tools, technology, consulting, and automation designed to assist businesses.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of Google reviews
• Higher Google rankings
• Specific SEO results
• Lead volume
• Appointment volume
• Increased revenue
• Increased profit
• Customer acquisition results
• Return on investment

Business results depend on many variables outside Bayou Geeks' control.

Some services use artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content or responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing important AI-generated information and determining whether it is appropriate for their business.

Users may not use Bayou Geeks services to:

• Violate applicable law
• Commit fraud
• Harass others
• Distribute malware
• Gain unauthorized access to systems
• Send unlawful spam
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use AI services for unlawful or abusive purposes

Bayou Geeks retains ownership of its branding, website content, reusable systems, methodologies, templates, software components, automation frameworks, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, business information, and customer-provided content.

Custom project ownership will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bayou Geeks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Any additional liability limitations contained in a signed customer agreement will also apply.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Bayou Geeks harmless from claims arising from unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Bayou Geeks may update these Terms periodically.
